We had to deal with unexpected snowfall on the ground and a lot of wind... But overall, today's shoot with my cousin and his girlfriend went well. Can't wait to shoot Liam's newborn photos!

Here are three shots from my recent maternity session with my sister and her husband, Mike. Lovely sunflower fields call for nice pictures.

She's due today but so far no signs of that baby coming! Can't wait to meet my niece/nephew.

I had to share this before (top) and after (bottom). This simple edit may not look like a whole lot but each photo takes about 5 minutes to edit. This is one of the reasons why photographers take a significant amount of time getting photos to clients. A lot of people don't "get" that, and that's understandable. But I'd much rather send my client a more beautifully edited photo than one SOOC (straight out of camera) and this is one of the reasons why.

Jacqui, I had SUCH a lovely time shooting photos of your family this past weekend, and I hope you love your pictures!! I hope to do them again sometime soon. :)
