Super pumped for Caleb for his progress in the last 12 weeks! This guy has worked his butt of in and out of the gym and it shows!

He was consistent in getting into the gym at least 3x/week and making sustainable changes to his nutrition habits and he earned every bit of those results at the end of the 12 weeks. Way to go!

It's not too late to jump in.

I know you might be thinking it's too late since we start tomorrow, but it's not too late!

If you can't attend the Saturday kickoff date it's okay. You can still join the challenge and start with everyone.

Some participants won't be able to make Sat either, so they'll jump in the following week.

Other participants decided to start a week early, so they're already participating.

So if you're considering joining but you're unable to make the Saturday start date, no worries!

The reason we have a "launch" day is because it creates a clear starting point for a lot of people.
