🔥 Today’s Lesson: Opposite Action & Knowing Your Values 🔥
Most people stay stuck because they keep doing what they know doesn’t work.
👉 Your emotions will tell you one thing…
👉 But growth requires you to do something different.
💡 Opposite Action = Doing the opposite of what your emotion is pushing you to do when it’s not helpful.
Examples:
• 😡 Anger → Want to lash out → Speak calmly / Walk away
• 😞 Sadness → Want to isolate → Reach out / Show up anyway
• 😰 Anxiety → Want to avoid → Face it step by step
• 😔 Shame → Want to hide → Talk to someone you trust
• 🔥 Craving → Want to use → Call support / Change your environment
⚖️ Ask yourself:
“Is this choice aligned with who I’m trying to become?”
Because real change happens when:
✔ You stop reacting
✔ You start choosing
✔ You align with your values
🌱 In the spirit of Ìwà Pẹ̀lẹ́ (good character) —
Move with intention, not just emotion.

Woke up thinking about y’all!!!

If something feels off, it is your responsibility to restore balance.
When in doubt, look back and assess:
• What has worked?
• What has not?
Do not repeat what you already know fails. Only a fool keeps bringing what does not work into the present while expecting a different outcome.
Today is about Self-Abundance.
