Hi, I’m Zac! For those who may not know me, I’m the owner of Red Handcrafted Cheese. Every batch is made fresh right here at Cardinal Creek Farm — the same place my family and I operate as a wedding venue. What started as a passion for handcrafted cheese has grown alongside a place centered around gathering, celebrating, and creating memories.
