🏡 For those of you who have never hired a
Cleaner or are interested in knowing which rates are reasonable, I’ve come up with an example explaining basic pricing. I’ll be using a 3,000 square foot home as an example

To bid on a 3,000 sqft home bi-weekly consider the factors:
1. Scope of work: what tasks are included? (Dusting, bedrooms, bathrooms, floors, laundry, etc)
2. Time estimate: how many hours will it take to complete each session?
3.hourly rate: what is your hourly rate?
4. Supplies and travel: any additional costs to supplies provided and travel?

For a detailed estimate:
•hourly rate: $25-$50 per hour.
•estimated hours: 4-6 hours (depending on the level of cleaning)

For a 3,000 sqft home
•total bi-weekly cost (4-6 hours per session)x hourly rate ($25-$50) = $100-$300 per session
•monthly cost: (2 sessions per month)x ($100-$300)= $200-$600 per month.
