It’s been an exciting couple of months with growth and transition. We finalized the move into our new office space last week! Working on getting settled, but we are excited for the upcoming growth!

Looking for an energetic individual to handle the make-ready needs for our duplex and apartment communities throughout Wichita.

Job duties will include:

- General maintenance (plumbing, electrical, painting, etc)

- Maintaining the properties in a clean and presentable manner

- Will receive direction on daily needs

The ideal candidate will be available for roughly 40 hours per week on a set schedule PLUS availability for "on-call" maintenance as needed (weekends included).
