forgot to post this but YAYYY BLOOD ORANGES 🩸🍊🩸 for unknown but deeply appreciated reasons, citrus = joy. culinarily and visually! they’ve inspired several very joyful interactions!
and hey, they’re still biodegradable! i can just replace the slices if/when they wither. no reason to make them last longer than i do.

in love with this stage where some aspects are fully rendered and others are just implied. the simplicity and contrast of dimensions makes me a little tempted to not take it too much further, and leave some things imagined. that could mean something lol. becoming. the process has been so enjoyable, though, I’m definitely not done.

do I actually like working with wire…???
I’ve always had such a hard time with it, making my hands hurt for a result that I wasn’t even happy with. but would you look at that, practice makes progress. still not sure if I’m cut out for the more intricate kinds of wire wrapping, but I am really enjoying making spirals ꩜ 𖦹 🌀 🐌 🐚 🌪️
