This loaf turned out so much better than any of my previous attempts, and I am genuinely excited about it.

It sank just a little in the middle, but I suspect that may have been from slightly overmixing the batter. Other than that, the texture, structure, and overall result are exactly what I've been hoping to achieve

After a lot of testing, tweaking, and learning, I think I may have finally found the sandwich bread recipe I've been looking for ✨

Now comes more testing, a few small adjustments, and seeing how it holds up for everyday use—but this feels like a very promising step forward for Blessed B. Bakery 🍞

As I continue planning future menus for Blessed B. Bakery, I'm considering adding a few new gluten-free options to the market table ✨🌿

Some ideas I've been working on include:
🍞 Sourdough bread
🥪 Sandwich bread
🌙 Rolls and buns
🍰 Loaf cake slices
