Someone asked me to try to incorporate two pictures together to make a painting. I stared at these two pictures forever and almost messaged him about a dozen times to say "I'm sorry man, I can't do this." But I didn't. I had to at least try. I threw myself into it. With never an art class, with having never done a portrait, and with having absolutely no center of focus this is what I came up with. I know a billion people could have produced this result or better with little effort, but I don't care. I surprised myself.
