Big Band Drum Lessons
My name is Nick Slater and I am a Wichita big band drummer who wishes to share his knowledge of big band drumming to those who sincerely desire to learn the closely guarded secrets of this highly specialized and sometimes mysterious art.
There are hundreds of drum instruction books on the market, but only a sparse few deal specifically with big band. And while there are many great drum teachers in the Wichita area, none of them are focused exclusively on big band instruction, and that's where I come in.
