Another awesome turn out to a complete basement overhaul we finished up at the end of last year! This basement had damage from a leak around 20 years ago and decided to finally get it fixed! From trying to build on some things from old basement to completely building out a new bathroom, desk area, bar area! This project was a blast to do and clients already have us booked for their next projects when they get back from Hawaii for the winter! We were able to move some things around and help get another home in the parade for Relph Construction this past week! We hit all the flooring and tile in this one and with custom touches throughout it made the home awesome to work on. We’ve never put tile on a range hood before but thought it really set off the kitchen ! Let us know what you think ! Here’s another contractor that has been keeping us busy ! Perfection Builders has low maintenance communities like this all over Wichita and the surrounding areas. As you can tell they build BEAUTIFUL homes and we are happy to play our part in them! We’ve done just about all flooring and tile in this community and have a few more communities to show you guys in the future. Young or Old definitely need to check them out, it’s hard to beat low maintenance living !
