Let’s be real for a minute—running a small business isn’t free.

Invoices have always been due upon receipt. We cover the cost of materials, parts, and labor upfront, and unpaid invoices directly impact our ability to keep serving our customers.

Effective immediately, any invoice that goes unpaid for 14 days will incur a 20% late fee.

Invoices that remain unpaid for 30 days will be subject to collections or a lien placed on the property.

We don’t like having to take this approach, but the reality is the parts and supplies we use cost us money, and we can’t continue to carry that burden.
