On Sunday, March 22, the culinary project IGNOTO .table returns with a new chapter — a carefully composed tasting menu created by Ecuadorian chef Felipe Montenegro.

IGNOTO is not a typical dinner.
It’s an intimate gastronomic experience for just one table of 10 guests, where the evening unfolds through a sequence of dishes designed to be experienced together.

Expect a multi-course tasting menu, served with a direct view into the kitchen — offering a glimpse into the process, ingredients and creativity behind each plate.

The concept embraces a minimalist aesthetic, revealing fragments of the story without giving everything away.
