3 Board Chicks LLC

We have had some changes over the last year but wanting to bring back photography and start making new memories with families. The location is in Conroe, where The Prop Spot and 17 Acres was hosted. Looking to collaborate with a few photographers that would like to use a private space. We have a wardrobe room that could be used for changing outfits,touching up hair, makeup and could also be used as a studio. We have land with lots of trees, a field,pathways, pond and a creek. Props include a tractor, canoe, a tree swing, claw bath tub gazebos,arbor, fire pit, and several benches. We also have a large carport for unexpected weather. We will keep the property maintained the best we can if weather conditions take part. We recently hosted a birthday party and decorated with Halloween decor. It will be up until the end of October and will start decorating for the Christmas Holiday. Please message Dana Chaffee if anyone is interested.
