Fit 2 Fight

This is one of my very last pictures in this life before I leave the USA and journey toward the Philippines in one month.

To those who walked beside me through the storms, the silence, the battles, the laughter, the lessons, and the long nights of transformation…

Some of you knew me before the Iron was forged.
Some witnessed the Green Light awaken within the temple of the body.
Some came for only a season…
yet every soul left fingerprints upon this path.

Life is strange.
We meet as strangers…
share pieces of spirit…
then the river carries us toward different horizons.

As I prepare to cross oceans and begin a new chapter at 50 years old, I realize this was never just about travel.
It was about transformation.
Dying to old versions of the self so the spirit could breathe again.

The Iron Shaman was not created in comfort.
He was forged through fire, pressure, loss, survival, discipline, stillness, and the refusal to let the inner light die.

To every friend, teacher, warrior, healer, veteran, wanderer, and kind soul who stood beside me along this road…
I carry gratitude for you within the Green Light Body.

No matter where life takes us next—
may your spirit remain strong,
your heart remain open,
and your inner flame never be extinguished.

This is not goodbye forever.
