We are excited to announce a new addition to our team!

Audrey Bartlett is a Leadership Intern at Sierra Learnership Collaborative and a sophomore at Virginia Tech, majoring in Management Consulting and Analytics.

Through her internship, she supports a variety of organizational initiatives and operations while gaining hands-on experience in leadership development, problem solving, and team collaboration.

Audrey is especially interested in data and management analytics and hopes to pursue a career as a data or management analyst in the future.

Originally from Wi******er, Virginia, she enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring new places, and hanging out with friends outside of work and school.

While we meet many of our clients virtually, we often have the pleasure of traveling across the country to serve them on-location.

Being on the road a lot can be tiring, but it is truly life-giving to connect in-person with amazing people, experience their workplaces and towns, and return home knowing that we remain united in purpose.

We continue collaborating to step outside the noise, evaluate our priorities, and grow with intention—whether we are near or far.
