Ok so yesterday’s 50 is 100+ this morning.
Thos puts is at a grand total of 1555 gallons of sap!! And nearly 3 cord of wood!
Hope we have enough wood to finish it all!
Still have to finish and bottle so we won’t know the total on syrup for a bit. Rough total is nearly 30 gallons!!!

100 gallons to get started today.
Will have a little tomorrow and that’s probably gonna be wrap for us. Not much wood left from 3 cord.

Boiling sap outside in a snowstorm…

And now it’s snowing!!
This weather is going to make today’s 160 gallon boil interesting……
