Oldefield Farms Enfield… it was so wonderful to meet the sellers of this property and be able to get them such a good price for it. It’s easy to command a good price when it’s obvious how well you care for a place. This 2 bed, 3 bath unit was so clean and meticulously cared for… some places require a lot of prep… others like this one… not so much!! We met with the sellers, made a plan based on their needs, went to market and after just a couple days of showings had lots of great options to choose from.
