So as most of you know, I’m a certified personal trainer, as well as an advisor on a fitness app. This is the end of the year, the time when everyone plans to “start” working out the beginning of next month as a resolution. My question is, why are you waiting? Don’t you owe it to yourself to give yourself the gift of better health? I took about 4 weeks off from the gym, and it was a huge mistake. Now I’m weaker, and further than I was from my goal 4 weeks ago. Kind of a mind f*%*k. It is what it is. But I’m back baby! Anyways, don’t wait until the first to get into better shape. LFG! Go big or go home! Twenty-two 45lb plates and one 10lb plate. Yes I’m that as***le that takes all the 45s in the gym, but I at least put them all back after my sets lol. Warmed up with 2 sets of 450lbs, 10 reps each before attempting this. Today was leg day, but the press wasn’t on the menu until I looked over at it, and it said “I’ll bet you won’t mfer”.

This needs to be our philosophy in everything we do. Everyone is going through things, myself included. But no matter what I’m going though, I will fight. I will be the best at whatever I am doing. I am unstoppable. Be unstoppable. Be the best. You owe it to yourself.

As promised, today is PROTEIN! Everyone’s favorite supplement, but one of THE most misunderstood as well. There’s so many different kinds, I’m not going to get into them all here. But I DO want to talk about Whey Protein Isolate, especially when it is low temp processed cross-flow micro-filtered. What that means is is the highest quality for post workout. What they does is help your body digest is faster so it can get to helping rebuild your muscles faster. Today let’s discuss nutrition. I never realized how bad my nutrition was until I started keeping track of things in the . I thought I was doing so good lmao. I, was not. Whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle, or just plain ole get healthy, you HAVE to keep track. Protein, carbs, calories, all of it. Over the next three days I’ll go over why keeping track of each is important, so stay tuned.
