Before the holiday weekend, some members of the Class of ‘28 enjoyed a Pilates class at Sculpt Pilates Worcester hosted by Pilates instructor and Ortho PA-C Dajia. Thank you to our health and wellness chair Sophia Salviati ✞ for setting up this fun event!

The Class of 2028 hosted their first philanthropy event supporting the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Thanks to our incredible community, we raised over $1,000 from this event alone!

Wrapping up Term 2 with EENT labs!

Students had the opportunity to strengthen their hands-on skills through slit lamp exams, laryngoscopy, cerumen removal, and fluorescein staining.

After one last exam covering Ophthalmology tomorrow, the Class of 2028 is officially halfway through didactic year!

Ortho Week 🦴🩻

This week, students practiced splinting and casting techniques, worked through orthopedic cases, and participated in special test relays. A great week of hands-on activities that helped reinforce classroom knowledge!

In honor of completing our Dermatology exam this morning, here’s a look back at last week’s Derm Lab!

Students had the opportunity to practice a variety of common dermatologic procedures, including incision and drainage, suturing, excisions, and dermablade biopsies.

Inspired by our program’s commitment to compassion, empathy, and patient-centered care, we chose Dana-Farber for its dedication to advancing cancer research while providing exceptional care to patients and families. Our gala will take place on September 25, 2026, and 100% of proceeds will directly support Dana-Farber’s mission.

Rheumatology Lab Day 💉

Today we practiced knee and hip joint aspirations, ultrasound techniques, and worked through rheumatology case studies. Such a great hands-on experience to build on the knowledge we’ve gained in the classroom!
