This is such a common conversation! Both of us often see patients and clients who are dealing with an injury, and also want to keep up with their fitness at the same time, and are unsure how to proceed. It can be scary, because it feels like rest is the safest thing to do. However, there is so much you can do to work on your rehab, work around the injury, and of course go harder with other body parts that shouldn’t have to suffer from lack of training in the meantime!
