Lent Recipe Experimenting! ✨
I’ve been playing around with some fresh, light recipes for Lent, and this salad is officially a WINNER! 🏆🥗
It’s packed with peas, shredded carrots, red onion, fresh mint, fresh cilantro, and tossed in a bright lemon vinaigrette. Super simple, super fresh, and ridiculously good. 💚🍋
