As the elections draw near in our beloved Virgin Islands 🇻🇬, my heart has been heavy in prayer for our land and our people.

History will recall that in a relatively short time our territory became wealthy and was the envy of the Caribbean. While this has brought many blessings, we are also witnessing the side effects of sudden prosperity, spiritual complacency, moral struggles, and an increase in death and hardship among our people. These are not just social issues; they are also spiritual matters that require spiritual response.

As intercessors, we must understand that territories and nations often operate under covenants, some established knowingly, others unknowingly. If there are covenants tied to power, influence, or prosperity that are not aligned with the will of God, they must be renounced and replaced with righteous foundations.

This election season is not only about choosing leaders. It is also a moment for spiritual realignment. We must pray for the cleansing of our thirteen seats and for God’s righteousness to prevail in every seat of leadership across our Territory. Let us ask the Lord to destroy every ungodly agreement, every hidden covenant, and every spiritual stronghold that seeks to hinder the Virgin Islands from walking fully in its divine purpose.

Now is the time for watchmen and intercessors to rise. Pray over the land. Pray over the leaders. Pray over the people. Pray that wisdom, integrity, and the fear of the Lord will guide those who are elected.

The future of our Territory must be built not only on wealth, but on righteousness.

“Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord; and the people whom he hath chosen for his own inheritance.”Psalm 33:12

Virgin Islands, we cover you in prayer. May God renew, cleanse, and establish you for His glory.

As we come to the close of our calendar year, we do so on a heavy and grieving note. We have lost one of our beloved daughters, and we continue to witness our young men being slaughtered on the streets of our beloved Virgin Islands. Our hearts are broken, and our spirits are burdened.

I stand firmly against the senseless killings of our young men. We must pursue more innovative, intentional, and sustainable ways to keep them engaged, covered, and hopeful. Parents, the Word reminds us to train up a child in the way they should go, and when they are old, they will not depart from it. This responsibility begins in our homes and must be reinforced in our communities.

It is not by coincidence that this rise in violence is not isolated to the Virgin Islands alone, but is occurring throughout the entire Caribbean region. Therefore, let us shift and expand our prayer focus to include our Caribbean brothers and sisters who are facing similar challenges with crime and violence.

As we approach the end of 2025, I want to encourage us to remain fasted, prayed up, and spiritually alert. December 21st is a dark and demonic day, one that allows an in-between space between the physical and spiritual realms. There is a hunger for blood, and we must be vigilant. Stay covered. Stay discerning. Stay close to God.

If you are working in Road Town, the capital of the Virgin Islands, please be mindful of your surroundings. Where possible, walk together and remain alert, as the spirit of accident has raised its ugly head. This is not a time to be careless, but to be prayerful and watchful.

Let us continue to lift up those who are bereaved, asking God to comfort them with a peace that surpasses all understanding. And as we pray forward into 2026, let us declare that God will go before us, making every crooked place straight, destroying gates of brass, breaking bars of iron, and establishing His divine protection over our land, our families, and our future.

Stay covered. Stay connected. Stay in prayer.

A Watchman’s Call: Taking a Spiritual Stand Against the Uber Soca Cruise in the Virgin Islands

As a ministry, we cannot remain silent when spiritual gates are being opened in our territory. The upcoming visit of the Uber Soca Cruise, along with the plans for the public tramp on our streets and the closing of schools, government offices, and banks, demands that we, God’s watchmen, sound the alarm.

1. A Disruption to the Spiritual Order of the Land

When an entire territory pauses its daily functions, schools, government agencies, banks, so that a wave of revelry and sensual celebration can flood the streets, it is more than an event. It is a spiritual shift.

The Bible teaches that “righteousness exalts a nation” (Proverbs 14:34), but the promotion of drunkenness, lewd dancing, and unchecked revelry opens the door for spiritual decay. These gatherings do more than entertain, they shape culture, influence behavior, and invite spiritual consequences.

2. Guarding the Gates of Our Territory

Every region has spiritual gates, places of decision, influence, and authority.

When our schools close, the gate of education is left unguarded.
When government shuts down, the gate of leadership is left vulnerable.
When banks close, the gate of economic stewardship is disrupted.
When streets fill with lewdness, the gate of morality is compromised.

As watchmen, we are commanded to guard these gates through prayer, intercession, and bold proclamation. Isaiah 62:6 reminds us: “I have set watchmen upon your walls… who shall never hold their peace.”

3. Lewdness Is Not Carnival Culture - It Is a Spiritual Invitation

This is not about culture, music, or entertainment. It is about the spirit behind the celebration. The open promotion of public drunkenness, half-naked revelry, and sensual behavior is not harmless fun, it invites spirits of lust, disorder, violence, and moral decline.

We cannot pretend darkness is light.
We cannot bless what God has called unholy.
We cannot be silent while the enemy marches boldly through our streets.

#4. A Call to the Church and the Intercessors

Now is the time for believers to rise:

Pray:
Intercede for the youth, the families, and the spiritual climate of the Virgin Islands.

Stand:
Let your voice be heard. Speak truth, in love, but with authority.

Consecrate:
Cover your homes, your children, and your communities with prayer and fasting.

Watch:
Guard the gates. Stand alert. Do not allow the spiritual atmosphere to be shifted without resistance.

5. We Declare Over the Virgin Islands

We declare that this territory belongs to God.
We declare that righteousness will prevail.
We declare that no celebration of lewdness, drunkenness, or immorality will overtake the identity of these islands.
We declare that the watchmen will not be silent.
We declare that the gates of our land shall be protected by prayer and truth.

This is not merely a social event, it is a spiritual invasion disguised as entertainment. As God’s watchmen, we choose to stand, to speak, and to guard the gates of the Virgin Islands. May the Church rise with boldness, purity, and spiritual authority in this hour.
