Here is what we need to begin:
1. Name(s) on policy, address, and a description of what occurred including the date.
2. Take photos of damages BEFORE doing anything.
3. Protect property damage from further including boarding up windows or doors and salvaging undamaged items.
4. Keep receipts for items purchased to protect property.
5. Make an itemized list of damaged items giving as much detail as possible INCLUDING cost.
6. Provide us with detailed directions to your property.
7. Obtain an estimate for repairs from a licensed contractor broken down by labor rate and cost of materials (This step is important!)
8. DO NOT make permanent repairs until the adjuster has advised you.

We are making every effort to get adjusters out as soon as physically possible to ensure your recovery process is timely.
