CORE STABILITY πͺπ₯
To be able to stabilise effectively (and prevent/lessen the severity of injury) you need to make sure that the muscle groups of your core (hip flexors, diaphragm, gluteal and abdominal area) are functioning and communicating to each other. This results in increased strength, power and speed in athletic perfomance πββοΈπ
ReCalibration sequencing of these muscle groups ensures all of your muscles are firing π₯and helping each other. Utilizing stick work (self calibration) and foam rolling effectively help this process.
