Per-share leverage starts with a lean share structure.
Fortune Bay has 69.9 million shares outstanding, the lowest share count by a meaningful margin among its PEA-stage gold development peer group.
Goldfields is also not starting from scratch. The current mine plan is based on 97% Indicated Resources, limiting the need for major infill drilling. The project benefits from an existing EIS approval and legacy PFS-level datasets, with current work focused on filling data gaps to modern standards.
Capital can therefore remain focused on targeted technical work to advance Goldfields toward a Pre-Feasibility Study, while partner-funded uranium projects provide non-dilutive revenue to help support overhead.
A lean structure. A defined path. More upside per share as milestones are reached.

Is Fortune Bay's uranium portfolio a distraction from Goldfields?
It's a question investors ask, and it has a structural answer.
Under the earn-in with Manhattan Uranium, Manhattan funds the drilling, Fortune Bay operates the program and earns a management fee, and Fortune Bay's treasury stays focused on Goldfields.
With drilling now active at Murmac, and the Government of Canada's newly announced Nuclear Energy Strategy reinforcing the Athabasca Basin's position, the case for retaining the exposure gets stronger, not costlier.

This clip is a good place to start.
