Hello, self check episode 2⃣
What sort of milk are you choosing? these are the ones I recommend.
Milk or alternative milk is something we are drinking every day, I believe it is important to have good quality.
What is look for in milk:
👉 less amount of ingredients, we do not need preservatives or emulsify's in our milk, thank you
👉 less amount of processing, you can trust the organic quality
👉 More quantity of actual almonds or oats, some brands have only 2% of almonds, crazy!

Game change these three
1. Lemon stimulates HCL in the stomach which breaks down the food. We need food broken down!
2. Foods like kiwifruit, lemon, sauerkraut, ginger, pineapple, mangos, banana.
3. Chewing more decreases the workload of the stomach and therefore less chance of bloating and abdominal pain.
If we are improving digestion we are then increasing nutrient absorption and therefore ENERGY!
