Never ever ever in a million years did I think I would post myself in a swimsuit at 43 years old. But real talk yall….right now, the world needs to see more women with real bodies living their lives shamelessly! Buy the suit and enjoy summer loves.

During House of Colour conference last month, my good friend Beth said this during her presentation…and I can’t stop thinking about it.

Not only do I wish I had let this sink in when I opened my business, but as a new mom, wife, starting a career, a fitness journey, etc.

Don’t compare your beginning to someone else’s middle. Everyone’s journey varies and that’s beautiful!
