Amid the COVID 19 situation, it is so easy for any of us to feel stressful or fearful but if we really think about it, we could feel that stress or fear in any day of our lives if we choose to.
I was listening to Oprah interviewed Dwayne Johnson – The Rock today, one thing that caught my ears was what the Rock said “If you don’t know, you’ll buy into it.”
So it is up to us to learn and educate ourselves in anything that comes to our attention before we allow it to make us stress or fearful. Don’t just buy into whatever information we hear on TV or from our friends or on Social Media, Do some research and educate ourselves before allowing those information to make a negative effects in our lives. Stay inform. Stay healthy.
