Okay folks... I have an apartment up for rent in my building! And I would like to get it taken before I leave on my trip!
It is one of the larger 1 bedrooms, with huge front room and dining room and pantry. It's available for July /16 and is $869 a month (includes heat and hot water). Please send me a message if you want to know more about it. It's a nice place and can also work for roommates...

We currently have 2 One bedroom apartments available for September 1, 2015 in the building ($734 and $761/month)! Both have balconies and include heat and hot water. Sorry no parking is available but there are a load of lots in the area for rental.
We also have 1 two bedroom basement apartment available for September 1, 2015 for $745/month that includes heat and hot water. Huge windows with loads of light.
