Our Strategic Information (SI) team recently led a structured performance review across facilities in Toro and Ningi LGAs, bringing project staff together to assess progress, identify gaps in key indicators, and develop practical action plans.

The session reinforced our commitment to data-driven decision-making and clear, result-focused implementation as we work towards improved outcomes for the communities we serve.
