Our latest dive into Jekyll and Hyde reframed the "monster" as repressed trauma and the exhaustion of hiding our true selves. We discussed how Jekyll’s isolation mirrors the struggle of masking—and how much more healing it is to step out of the shadows together.

From April: The Adult Adoptee Circle will take place on Mondays.

Individual counselling sessions will be available in the morning, please contact- [email protected] for a self referral

There will also be a drop-in space for adult adoptees from 2:00–4:00pm, offering a welcoming, therapeutic environment to connect with others who share similar lived experience.
