As a dominant Divine & Sacred Masculine expression, we are here to make & hold space for the Feminine to be & feel seen & heard. Acknowledged & Cherished. With grounded love & compassion.

In order for us to do this eloquently, it’s imperative for us to hold space for our own emotions to feel & be seen and heard.

No longer is the way of shoving our emotions down, ignoring, or avoiding them. This hasn’t worked to the best and highest good. This has only created immaturity, wounded, excessively aggressive people and toxic cultures.

Processing our emotions healthfully IS showing up for ourselves. So we can show up with more presence with our family, friends, work, play, & all the things that is life.

Emotions. E-Motion. Energy in motion is a part of human existence. A part of life. Without it, we’d be robots. The more energy and space you can hold is the more LIFE, wealth, prosperity, pleasure, joy as well as sadness, despair, frustration, bitterness. Duality.

The key is healthfully processing and transmuting your emotions as you continue show up for ALL of it with love & compassion.
