Reposted from It’s not often that life gives us the feeling of perfect completeness, when a multi year circle, in this case of about 25 years, closes the loop. This is exactly what happened to me last Friday.

I was gifted with the opportunity of meeting in person the genius I admired since I was a little boy. One of the most impactful graphic designers in the music industry, whose body of work has been printed, seen, experienced and enjoyed by hundreds of millions of people across the globe for close to 50 decades.

An example of humbleness and kindness, with unbounded talent, at the top of the excellence with utmost consistency, in any circumstance.

The professor that empowers professors. A brain to be analyzed, a life to be chronicled.

Sir Hugh Syme, it was an honor attending and experiencing your artwork exhibition at AO5 Gallery in Austin, TX, and finally being able to shake hands with the master whose work touched so many lives and helped shape the careers of many of the top artists in the world.
