Graduate student Carlos Acosta is both pursuing a master’s degree and fulfilling his duties as a table grape vineyard manager. This week we began collecting data for his graduate research project, his overhead goal is to elevate his academic standing while also identifying problems and investigating solutions that can be applied in his own operations.
