I thought it was time for an updated about me ✨
Hi, I’m Kelie 👋
RMT | Virgo ♍️ | boy mom | dog-obsessed 🐶
I’m passionate about massage, women’s health, and helping people feel better in their bodies. Whether that’s through movement, education, or a reset on my table.
I believe in taking care of yourself without guilt, showing up for yourself consistently, and giving your body the attention it deserves.
You’ll usually find me at the gym, halfway through a craft at my kitchen table, nose-deep in a book, or racing around to my son’s sports.
If you’re here to feel supported, cared for, and a little more at home in your body, welcome ❤️
It’s that time of the year again! Taking care of your body is always worth making time for 💆♀️✨.
Im so grateful to see all the familiar faces, and thankful for your trust in me to make my massage treatments part of your wellness routine ❤️.

I still have people tell me all the time that either a friend or a massage therapist told them this. It literally infuriates me. So let’s talk about these statements.
1. Is massage unsafe/ can cause miscarriage in the 1st trimester?
No it cannot. Miscarriages can happen for many reasons, having a massage is not one of them. Massage is totally safe in any trimester. Adjustments to positioning and treatment will be made as your body changes.
2. Can i have a lower back treatment in the 1st trimester?
Yes you sure can. There are so many layers protecting the baby, working on your lower back will not cause any issues.
3. Can massaging the feet/ ankles cause preterm labor?
No it most definitely cannot. I think this myth came from the fact that some reflexology and acupuncture/pressure points etc. in the ankle/feet are said to start labor. Even if this is the case the General Swedish Massage techniques that i use do not stimulate these points in that way. Have you ever heard of someone’s partner starting up labor with a foot rub? 🤔. So no, massage isn’t going to cause pre-term labor and it also isn’t going to start labor (if it did i’d be rich ha). If you’re at the end of your pregnancy massage may allow you to relax enough so your body can do its thing ❤.
4. Prenatal massage has to only be light pressure.
No, prenatal massage does not have to only be light pressure. The massage is done within your pain tolerance and adjustments made according to how you’re feeling. Deep tissue massage is safe and effective during pregnancy. Whatever pressure you’re comfortable with is totally fine.
