RODS AND CONES

One of my best Theraphy is actually reading, but I found it difficult reading from many other sector except creative and general entertainment sector.
Well, while I await my flight I picked between seeing a film or reading a chapter form ‘s shot craft. Because I travel a lot, chapter 6 caught my attention; why don’t we have carnet in many of the African country?
Why is traveling with some items across borders more troublesome and requires approval or licenses ti travel with?
