I hope this post finds you well and thriving. Today, I have some bittersweet news to share with you. I will be taking a step back from MONOFACES to fully embrace the beautiful journey of motherhood.
Over the past 13 months, I’ve been blessed with the joy and privilege of being a mom to a precious baby girl Matilda. The experience has been nothing short of magical (most of the time :)), and witnessing those heartwarming milestones has been the highlight of my life.
As many of you I’m sure can understand, being a mom is a full-time job in itself. The desire to be fully present for Matilda and share her growth and discoveries has become my top priority. Balancing the demands of motherhood, a part-time job, and the responsibilities of running MONOFACES has proven to be a challenging juggle.
With a heart full of love and a commitment to cherishing these precious moments with Matilda, I have made the thoughtful decision to put MONOFACES on hold for an indefinite period. This will allow me the freedom to focus entirely on creating beautiful memories with my daughter without the constraints of a busy business.
It was not an easy decision. This business was born from my love for babies and dogs, it was my hobby first, later I turned it into business. MONOFACES will celebrate 10 years this year. I am proud I created a business from something I love so much. It also helped me reach so many wonderful dog lovers across the world, I created baby items with dog (and cat) prints for over 10k babies! I wish I could continue, but I choose to be present for my family and live a slow paced life.

Working and raising a baby is hard. You plan to do so many things during the day and end up doing nothing. Because your baby needs you. And that’s ok, it’s a matter of changing mindset, managing expectations and being present for your baby.
Some days are harder than the others. Today is one of them. But then you get this sweet photo and lovely review from your customer and it gives you motivation to keep going. I’m grateful to all the dog lovers that come to to me to create baby blankets for their babies.
Thanks so much to mommy of this adorable baby and and pups (Doberman and Chihuahua).
