The Little Roti

Sunday fall bakes. Made a mini pain epi, olive, maldon salt and smoked paprika fougasse, mini white sandwich loaf and a whisky, coffee and dark chocolate pull-apart cake.

Rainy day baking and a new resolve: to make 100 different breads over the next one year. I can't say if I'll be able to stick to it, all I can do is plan the next loaf I will make. This is an oatmeal, bran and honey white mini loaf crumb shot. Next up: sourdough, spinach and nigella on July 4th.

Friends, fans, customers and all other bread and cake-loving people out there! It has been almost one year since I stopped posting on The Little Roti or making baked goodies for sale. And while I may only be able to bake on the weekends for now, I'm still happy to report that The Little Roti's gonna 'rise' again! :) get it? rise as in breads and cakes? :) Oh am so giddy!
