Can you do Reverse Lunges for 5 minutes.
Go ahead give it a try. What’s the worst that can happen? You don’t make the 5 minute time? Oh well is that a fail? Absolutely not! You now have a starting point to challenge yourself to do it until you make that goal!
Exercising your mind is just as important if not more important than working out daily. Mental mindset is a thing.
