E39 M5 we had in recently for a rear jacking point repair, with a small piece of rear quarter.

Had 350z in for what was initially a small amount of work, being rear edge of sills and a small hole in the inner arch.
This snowballed into a fair amount of work after removing side skirts and revealing an MOT patch repair from a few years ago
If you patch over rust and don’t cut it out it’s still rusty and it’ll spread within, and filler was used in the inner arch 🧐
The nearside was also quite rotten but no MOT patches here, just old age showing.

One side of this rusty integra, previous filler ‘repairs’ have occurred before hand, makes it all the more fun to find and get back the shape in the panel. There was definitely more than meets the eye, in terms of how far the rust had gone, with this car
