Nine years ago my life, and this world, got infinitely better. ❤️ Roman is the kind of person that will ask an adult how they are doing. I’ll never forget when a para at his school chased me down this year to tell me how kind and compassionate he is to all. He’s opens the door for his mom, cracks a well timed joke, and has great curiosity. Truly, being his mom is the greatest thing on earth.

Third grade brought out the biggest changes in Ro…he grew up so much. I saw before my very eyes this kid become more independent (which sucks for me lol but I know is good for him 👀). He also got funnier, more thoughtful, and definitely taller. Something about this school year made a seismic shift in my boy going on pre-teen. And it’s hard but it’s also the coolest thing in the world to see your kid grow as a person.

Today also brought the feelings out as I stared at those hallways, said goodbye to the little faces, and hugged our beloved teachers for the last time. We’ll miss our small but wonderful school. But also excited for what’s next!
