Today I decided to bake one of my absolute favourites — focaccia with sea salt flakes and rosemary fresh from my garden 🌿

Such simple ingredients, yet the result is nothing short of exquisite. I baked this one in a smaller pan for a thicker, fluffier finish… and let me tell you — slice it horizontally and you’ve got the *perfect* lunchtime sandwich.

I served mine with butter (because everything is better with butter, right?), wild rocket, prosciutto, s’Brinz (think Alpine, grass-fed goodness… you can almost hear the cowbells 🐄🔔), vine-ripened tomatoes, and roasted red peppers with a touch of Dijon mustard.

And that smell… warm bread filling the house… completely irresistible.

🌿 WE’RE LOOKING FOR THERMOMIX CONSULTANTS! 🌿
(South Africa)
Exciting things are happening — as the new Thermomix distributor in SA, we’re building our consultant family, and we’re on the lookout for amazing people to join us! 💚
You don’t need to be a chef (burning water is totally acceptable 😉). What we’re looking for is someone who is:
✨ A motivated self-starter with a few spare hours a week
✨ Comfortable talking to people and building connections
✨ Able to communicate well and respond timeously
✨ Confident with basic tech skills — nothing fancy, just navigating a phone, using apps, and simple problem-solving like resetting a password
✨ Open to learning something new
No sales background is required — the Thermomix genuinely sells itself. Income can easily be a few extra thousand rand a month, and for those who want to build it into a full-time career, the potential is huge. (just do an internet search for the most successful Bimby consultant in Portugal - your eyes will water! 😳)
Full training and support will be provided. You just need heart, confidence, and the willingness to jump into a fun and rewarding opportunity.
If this sounds like you — or someone you know — please pop me a message!

Let’s grow this Thermomix community together. 💚
