Questions people have been asking recently:
1.Do you have a heater? Yes we have aircons in all 3 room to keep you cool if you are exercising and warm if you need to remove clothes for treatment. We also have heat packs and blankets. You are welcome to bring anything else that will keep you comfortable during your session.
2. How much does it cost? R670 per 45 min session. Payment is upfront and you can claim it back from your medical aid and submit for tax purposes (unless you're on medical aid spinal programme that covers treatment then we submit directly for you)
3. How many sessions do I need? This is a really tricky one as every patient and condition is different, everyone respond differently to treatments and have different levels of commitment to actioning advice and exercises.
4.Which physio should I see? We are 4 competent and experienced physios in the practice. If you contact the practice and explain your condition, we can advise which physio would be a good fit for you. Call or whats app: 0826828303

I’m busy preparing for the next Anatomy Trains in Motion course. I’ve taught this course so many times yet each time I am still in awe of the detail and depth of this work.

Anatomy Trains in Motion is the first module in the FAMO Fascia Movement certification curriculum. It gives us an understanding of the integral anatomy of the myofascial meridians through resource orientated movement.

The second module is FAMO Focus it gives us an in-depth understanding of fascia, its architecture, behaviour, the 12 movement qualities we can deliberately train… and so much more.

Only then, after a thorough understanding of anatomy and fascia, we offer repertoire body reading and rebalancing courses.
