IT Desktop Support Technician

Are you the go-to person when technology misbehaves? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused IT Desktop Support Technician to join our team in Centurion.

Minimum requirements:
• IT Diploma or Certificate (or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT Support
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
• Confident communication with both technical and non-technical users
• A service-first mindset with a proactive attitude

Advantageous
• Experience with Microsoft Intune or endpoint management
• Basic PowerShell scripting knowledge
• ITIL Foundation certification
• Exposure to Azure or cloud technologies
