One of the most powerful moments in my work is when someone realises that their fear, self-doubt, or emotional reactions didn’t come from “something being wrong with them” — but from experiences that once made sense in their life.
When we understand where our emotions come from, shame softens and choice becomes possible. Healing often begins with understanding, not fixing.
This way of working — rooted in insight, strengths, and developmental understanding — has become central to my practice and is something I’m increasingly passionate about sharing with others in the therapeutic workspace.
