Learning and Development Supervisor
• EE
• Advanced Certificate: Education: Adult Education: Training and Development - Required
• 5 Years operational Learning and Development experience
• 3 Years managerial experience (two reports)
• Manage the design and development of training programmes, aids and materials.
• Manage the training prospectus, matrix and training schedule.
• Report on instructional effectiveness assessment.
• Participate in evaluation and monitoring of success of training programs.
• Manage training needs analysis and develop a training plan.
• Ensure all SDL grants and levies are claimed back.
• Develop and maintain Individual Development Plans
• Manage training administration.
• Ensure all policies and procedures are up to date and legally compliant.
• Manage all development programmes.
• Establish methodology for implementation of learning interventions.
• Accountable for operational team performance and development through effective management within policies and procedures to ensure achievement of standards and objectives.
• R30k basic with 50/50 medical aid and 12% pension contribution
