The goal here is to build daily habits they’re more effective, your hormones respond better. Stop with the quick fixes, they aren’t sustainable long term.
Before you knock it, just try this way, please 🙏 Don’t go through another month trying the same thing that hasn’t been working.
I believed if I just lost weight everything would get better, even though throughout my teens till I was 21 y/o all I tried to do was gain weight 🫣.
Losing weight is not the answer! It’s not going to correct your hormones and make everything perfect again.
First things first, PCOS is a hormonal and metabolic issue, so addressing the root cause matters more than chasing weight loss alone.
I weighed 48kgs when I was diagnosed. That’s not over weight. So if weight was the answer to all of us, wouldn’t that mean I shouldn’t have been diagnosed in the first place?
🤔Something to think about.
Waffles.
Scrambled eggs.
Bacon.
Strawberries and grapes.
And no — it’s not “too much.”
Here’s why this works:
• Protein (eggs + bacon) → stabilises blood sugar, supports muscle and hormone production.
• Carbohydrates (waffles + fruit) → replenish energy and reduce cortisol spikes.
• Natural sugars from fruit → paired with protein and fats, they digest slower and prevent crashes.
• Balanced fats → keep you full and satisfied.
This isn’t about restriction.
It’s about balance.
A wholesome breakfast fuels your body, supports stable energy, and keeps cravings lower later in the day.
Save this if you’re done fearing food in the morning.
