PSH’s Health Promoters in Aliwal North recently participated in a community safety meeting focused on combating Gender-based Violence (GBV). This collaborative effort brought together the SAPS, Social Development representatives, and other key stakeholders to strategise on GBV prevention and survivor support.

PSH members actively contributed their expertise and insights to the discussions, helping to foster a comprehensive approach to addressing GBV within the community. Beyond the meeting's primary objectives, a donation drive was organised, providing clothing to community members. This initiative underscored PSH's broader commitment to the community’s wellbeing.
