Sometimes i go through
my own ghosting phases too. those random days when i suddenly go quiet and stop replying to everyone. not cause i'm mad or trying to distance myself on purpose, but because sometimes i'm just drained and trying to breathe. it's never about pushing people away it's just how i cope when everything feels too heavy
